John explains how councils are formed and how they are controlled by central government. He demonstrates how we are being hoodwinked and intimidated to pay for something we have no obligation to pay.
Many of us have requested itemised bills to pay our share of the 10% average amount of total council tax given back to the council from the government. We have no idea what our money is being spent on as public services continue to break down around us.
