Community Law Courts - Community Assembly of the British Isles

By Cooperative Shareholding of the People

Hannah Badr, Honourable Sheriff of the British Isles

The Community Law Courts are for the people, by the people, created by Hannah as it became common knowledge that any other courts such as family courts or civil courts or criminal courts are based on the birth certificate fraud, making us 'lost at sea' or 'dead on paper.'

Treated as paupers without rights and limited remedies, we the people have been criminalised without a victim or a claim of wrong or harm, losing our living property, sons and daughters without cause. This Roman tyrannical court system is finally breaking down. Hannah and many others innerstand that no (or limited) justice existed in these private courts using public money for private gains. Providing a stage for the elites and forcing us out of making private claims due to the fact these courts do not hear facts, they apply presumptions and assumptions or codes, acts and statutes making a practice of law without any morality. Given its adversarial approach, this leads to utterly perverse outcomes.

Hannah now works daily to ensure living men and women have access to a court and she empowers them with her administrative and coaching skills so that they develop enough confidence to stand before a group of their peers and state the claims they seek remedy for. Claims must be above a certain threshold, therefore, if anyone is interested in making a claim, please contact Hannah to discuss. We call upon each man and woman to support our court with donations, claims and trial by jury skills. No experience is required and our only command is that each shareholder stands as a living creation of the creator.

Hannah is an Honourable Sheriff which is not to be confused with Sheriffs Officers (previously known as Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers) of Sheriffs High Court Enforcement incorporated as the Sheriffs High Court Enforcement Limited trading as The Sheriffs Office. These appointed High Sheriffs are essentially High Court Enforcement Officers and Certificated Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs).

The process of becoming an Honourable Sheriff of the people under Natural Law requires publishing notices of intent for one year, giving people the opportunity to raise any objections. Hannah received only support and praise from the public for volunteering this position for England. Hannah then published a second notice to cover the British Isles. Again, a unanimous response in favour of the appointment which is now confirmed by due process to establish Hannah as Honourable Sheriff for the British Isles. This has yet to be communicated to those upholding Natural Law such as police constables and once this has been done we command the support of constables as well as military officers to uphold orders of our court.

As Honourable Sheriff for the British Isles, Hannah has the right to command both police and military action. She can administer lawful jurisdiction on land, water, in the air and over women and men. Lawful jurisdiction is defined as 'the authority or power of the court to determine a dispute between parties as well as the territory over which the lawful authority of a court extends.'

Facilitators and administrators of the Community Law Courts are not members of a private Guild, Bar or Law Society, and are proud to bring honour and remedy to the forefront at a fraction of legalise courts, and we currently take under four months to start and complete claims. We are working on enforcing orders and require people to use the court to grow its capacity all round.

Community Law Courts are run as a cooperative shareholding with the right to hold 'pop up' courts wherever they are needed throughout the British Isles. One share is automatically issued to anyone who wants to move away from the current system which amounts to around 40 million people. It is now up to members of the Community Assembly of the British Isles to share the vision and inform people of their power in handling lawful issues.

It is for the Community Assembly Hubs to provide facilities for Sui Juris Courts or we will hire local community centres.

Any Sui Juris Court can command transfer of a case from the Roman (or Maritime) Courts to the Community Law Courts for trial by a jury. A jury consists of 13 sound-minded women and men. Basically, any woman or man who has a case or a claim can command that the case is tried in a Community Law Court. Using a jury of 13 allows for the creation of law in each case as opposed to the practice of law which cannot create law. Real law is only for the creations of the creator of living flesh and blood without separation. Kindness and mercy are applied in every case.

All Community Law Courts are filmed for the record (see below) where each is an inquisitional (interviewing) court where the power lies with the jury members. No codes, acts or statutes are used and neither is case law.

The court is based on Sui Jurisdiction or 'stand in your own right' which simply means that each party puts their case before the jury with the help of the appointed judicator, if more information or clarity is required.

The Community Law Courts are now in a position to supply born claims and alternatives to the pauper passports issued under crown corporation. G-O-O-D nation identity cards are on offer across the British Isles with Community Law Courts administering and issuing them in the South West. It is critical that we the people buy into this alternative identity card and work together to enforce it when travelling across borders. The identity card and documents are one hundred pounds (£100.00) for shareholders. To book, please contact Hannah on 07950 600 573 or please send a message with any queries.
