What is Breath Work?
Breath Work refers to breathing techniques that intentionally channel and focus on the breath to calm the body and improve overall health. For thousands of years, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and practices such as the Buteyko Breathing Method employ breathing techniques for therapeutic relaxation and healing.
