What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of guided, focused relaxation (hypnosis) using verbal repetition and mental imagery to enduce a hypnotic state. It is used by trained professionals to help in the treament of mental and physical health conditions, to change unwanted habits, remove addictions, help with weight management, anxiety, phobias, stress, pain and to improve emotional well-being.
