A Day In Court

Who is top dog - we is!

A day in court - Newcourt Community Centre, Exeter, Devon

I received a call from Hannah Badr on 25 July 2022 to say that she was holding a Sui Juris Court on 26 July 2022 at Newcourt Community Centre in Exeter to try a civil case. She said that she had received word and threats that the police were going to make arrests for holding an illegal court.

I agreed to attend as a Community Peace Constable and informed the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary that I would be in attendance to ensure that the correct procedures were followed.

05:30 on the Tuesday morning and I was up, shaved and dressed and studying the Peace Keeper notes regarding the rights and lawful powers of the people.

When that was completed, I set out for Exeter and arrived at 10:30 am. The first thing I did was to check around the outside of the building and nearby streets to make sure there wasn’t a police presence skulking nearby. I then questioned the people who were attending the trial to see if they had any training in the law, or if they were ex-military or ex-police. There were three people who had received dubious training but one who had completed the Peacekeeper training which would certainly come in handy. We have to remember that the police do not speak Common Law or Natural Law and close their ears to anything which doesn’t sound familiar to them so we need to talk judicial law and equity.

It is a common misconception with police officers that they hold the high ground when it comes to authority and for this reason find it difficult to understand that the highest authority in the land is we the people. I know that you are not used to me being serious but this is important. This little known fact has legal standing.

If someone tries to say that the ultimate authority is the crown then consider this - the Queen has to swear to rule in accordance with the laws and traditions of the people - so the Queen is the servant of the people and can only rule by our consent.

The judiciary have to abide by the laws which are made in our courts and no law can take precedence over common sense. If it doesn’t stand up to the scrutiny of an applied mind then it isn’t a law no matter what its tittle.

The constabulary are duty bound to protect people and property and are servants of the people. Any Police Constable who claims he is taking orders from any other authority other than the people has resigned his position. Police officers by comparison are appointed by a corporation and only have authority within that corporation.

Parliament can create 'acts' which only applies to those who join in the 'act' and so it is by consent only and legislation is not law and has to pass the applied mind test.

So who is top dog? We is. I bet Sue edits that bit. So get rid of the fear when talking to any authority because they cannot order you to do anything unless you consent.

Hannah Badr was court judicator and briefed the jury of thirteen women and men, and conducted the reading of the oath and then let the jury do their thing. In a court of the people, it is the jury that runs the court and it is up to the judicator to help the people taking part. It is up to the Community Peace Constable to ensure that the people are kept safe from external interference and the judicator to make sure that there is no internal interference.

Hannah Badr is the first to admit that this is a massive learning curve for us all and each case should be more professional than the last because we are all learning. Hannah is the Honourable Sheriff of the British Isles.

As it was everything went smoothly and without any interference and the jury returned a verdict after reviewing all the evidence whilst I entertained the other participants by explaining personal frequencies and unblocking energies.

Once we had all re-assembled, one member of the jury read out the findings and the decisions of the whole jury and laid out the actions required.

There is something immensely satisfying and empowering about being a part of a system which gives everyone the same consideration. All in all, a successful day which would be recognised in Natural Law as the 'correct outcome returned by the jury.'
