The TEAM in Teamwork

Working together as a team makes us stronger, safer and happier in the long run.

The TEAM in Teamwork by Nick Kitchen, Community Assembly of Lincolnshire

As we are now into Autumn here in the British Isles I get a sense that we are lining up for something. I am not sure if it is a good or bad something but I am sure we will know very soon.

We maybe can't fail to see (or should not) how they (the perceived powers that be) are flexing their muscles by ramping up the heat and fear on us. With their legislative measures that continue unabated, and with the further threat of an emerging floating bug that may make us ill.

Is this a desperate attempt to get us under control?

I think it might be just that.

It makes me think that these desperate acts by them are a sign that maybe breaking us down is not going the way they planned and the cards they have left to play are getting fewer.

Once they have revealed all their cards, then the game is open and everyone will know and see what we have before us.

Some of you may not agree with what I have said there for many reasons and that's fine. We all have our own opinions and perspectives on things.

What I do believe is that we need to keep actively pursuing the solutions and moving forward towards a goal of building or creating something better for ourselves till the job is done and this old corrupt , broken way of things is left behind and in the past .

We will not get it sitting and watching while the world takes shape around us.

One of the things that comes out in conversations is that they (the perceived powers that be) have all the technology, weaponry and manpower to do whatever they please, and this is true.

What we forget is that they have been using it quietly, meaning they can't just do it in the open. This should tell us all something, shouldn't it?

It is because of us, the people.

So why haven't they used all this power and technology to simply end it all?

Why haven't they used their power and technology to hit the kill switch?

Something is stopping them.

That something is us.

We the people have so much power in ourselves if we could only realise it as a collective. Individually, we see it and believe it, more so, we
know it and live it within our souls and within our daily lives.

We can do so many wonderful things and when we come together we can achieve so much.

They know this.

These times we find ourselves in today have not been experienced before. In the respect of a move for control on a global scale by a faction that thinks it ought to have control and ownership over us, the control they continue to exert on us covers both the physical and spiritual aspects of our lives.

We are in a war that is and will continue to affect all our lives, our lifestyles. our way of life and our very existence.

What our lifestyle, way of life and existence is - and will look like - going forward needs to be decided by us. It begs the question: 'Do we stay as we are now and make the best of it?'

Or: 'Do we move away from the past with the understanding that it cannot be fixed?'

I believe a bright future is in our grasp and is something that we can have, what we should have and what we need - if we choose to go for it.

I cannot accept a life under the control of others and I for one will stand by what I believe and know to be true in my heart and soul until the day I die. If I die before I get to see the people of this world move away from the corrupt, unfair and unjust existence to achieve a better free, fair lawful and just society, I will do this knowing that I have stood for what I believe and know to be true.

I will then go with the knowledge and peace that I did it trying to help to make a change, that I was not turned or gave up trying. I will know that I left this current existence free and clean.

For all of us moving forward, this could be a great opportunity to make a brighter future for ourselves. This requires us to understand who we are and to believe in ourselves. We need to see and understand the problem, take a little action, work together to find solutions and create what we want going forward.

If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.

African Proverb - Martha Goedert

We do need togetherness.

We need our communities to come together to do what is needed to make our futures our own.

You may hear the word
communitarianism being banded about and why community and togetherness is bad for us.

I think a certain quote was: 'It harms individual growth.'

Really? I can't see it, can you?

These are ploys to divide us and get us away from coming together. They (the perceived powers that be) think we should stay separated but it's just another ploy or tactic to keep us apart and make us weaker.

Think about it!

Are we not stronger when we are working together, like a team?

And what does a team do?

T - Together
E - Everyone
A - Achieves
M - More

We are still individuals but we are certainly much stronger together.
