Community Assembly of London
Serving, supporting and protecting our local communities
The Community Assembly of London is located in the capital and largest city of England with a population of just under 9 million. It stands on the River Thames in south-east England at the head of a 50-mile estuary down to the North Sea, and has been a major settlement for two millennia. The city was founded by the Romans and named Londinium and to this day, still retains boundaries close to its medieval ones.
Community Assemblies are made up of residents concerned about a lack of democratic process at a local and national level, dedicated to preserving and asserting our inalienable rights and obligations to ourselves, the Earth and future generations.
Founding Facilitators
Founding Facilitators of enlisted Community Assemblies in the Group Directory are also affiliate members of the Community Assembly of the British Isles.
